How the planner works
How are the last order dates worked out?
From the day the piece has to arrive, we count back five business days for USPS Ground Advantage, or three for Priority Mail, then five business days to print, check and pack. Weekends and federal holidays without mail delivery are skipped. Christmas follows the published table for the season.
Why do some dates say around?
Ramadan and both Eids begin by the sighting of the new moon, so the exact day is confirmed only close to the date. We plan to the expected day and say around until it is confirmed.
What does ready to ship mean?
Ready to ship pieces are printed ahead without a name, so they ship in one to two business days and keep a later cutoff than personalized pieces.
Do the dates change with demand?
They can only get earlier, never later. When the print queue is long, product pages and the cart show the later arrival date, and the planner's dates are the floor.
