Terms of service

The basics

These terms cover every order placed on keyedworks.com. Keyedworks is a brand of Vektrion LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated October 11, 2026. This is a plain language document; where a product page states something more specific for that product, the product page controls.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and update on the product page as you choose options or enter measurements; the price in the cart at checkout is the price. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see your card number. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are registered to collect it. An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot make well, that breaks these terms, or that appears fraudulent, and we refund it in full if we do.

Made to order and personalization

Every piece is generated from the inputs you give us and printed after you order. Text is printed exactly as typed. Measurements are used exactly as entered, converted from inches to millimeters where you chose inches. You confirm that you have the right to use any text you enter and that it is not a trademark, a logo or someone else's property. We do not print characters, logos, trade dress, or anything intended for children, and we may cancel and refund an order that asks for them.

Changes and cancellation

You may change or cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by replying to the confirmation email or writing to [email protected]. After that window production has usually started and personalized or custom measured pieces cannot be changed or cancelled. If we cannot ship within the stated window we tell you before it closes and you may cancel for a full refund.

The fit guarantee

A custom measured piece that does not fit the measurements you entered is remade once free of charge when you tell us within 30 days of delivery what is off. If the piece matches your inputs but the inputs did not match your box or drawer, we remake it once at half the original price including shipping. Pieces with a manufacturing defect are replaced free. The full policy is on the fit guarantee page and forms part of these terms.

Returns and refunds

Stock designs may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, for a refund of the item price; you pay return postage. Personalized and custom measured pieces are final sale except as covered by the fit guarantee and defect replacement. Refunds go to the original payment method within five business days of our receiving the return or confirming the defect.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only, by USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable tracked service, within the business day window stated on each product page. Flat shipping rates and the free shipping threshold are shown in the cart. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email [email protected] and we will replace the order while we handle the carrier claim.

Use of the products

Our pieces are organizers, trays, plaques and signs made of rigid plastic. They are not toys, are not for use by children, must not hold food or drink, and are not rated for heat above about 55 degrees Celsius unless the product page says otherwise. You are responsible for deciding whether a piece suits your use. Products are not certified to any standard.

Warranty and liability

Beyond the fit guarantee and defect replacement above, products are provided as described on the product page without other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The designs, generators, renders, text and code on keyedworks.com are ours. Buying a piece gives you the piece to use and enjoy without limit; it does not transfer the design or a license to reproduce it.

Reviews and photos

We may photograph finished pieces for our records and for the site with any personal text removed or changed unless you tell us we may show it. We never pay for reviews and never ask for a specific rating.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If any part is unenforceable the rest still applies. If we change these terms we post the new version here with a new date; orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
