A team gift has one hard requirement: every name spelled right, every piece matching, all of it arriving on the same day. That is what the team packs are built for. The team desk plate packs of 5 and 10 put each person's name on a matching plate in one finish and colorway. Name badges come in packs of ten with a name and a role line, on pin or clip backs, with no magnets. The award plaque handles recognition: employee of the year, a work anniversary, a retirement, with the achievement and the organization written as plain words.
How an order runs
You send the list, one name per line. We send back a proof list with every name exactly as it will print, and nothing prints until you approve it. The order prints as one batch and ships together. Pricing drops 15 percent from 10 pieces and 20 percent from 25.
For the look, Fluted is the house signature and suits any office; Gallery (bone and ink) and Concrete (fog and ink) keep a large order calm, and Marquee ink with silver works for brand colors in navy or black.
Corporate and client gifts, new teams, Nurses Week, coach thanks and Boss's Day are the usual moments; team last order dates are in the calendar here. Free shipping from $50.
Questions
How does team pricing work?
From 10 pieces the order is 15 percent off, and from 25 pieces it is 20 percent off. The team desk plate packs of 5 and 10 are priced as packs on their pages.
Do we see every name before it prints?
Yes. For team orders we email a proof list with each name exactly as it will print. Nothing goes to the printer until you approve it, and spelling fixes on the proof cost nothing.
Can it all ship to one address on one date?
Yes. A team order is printed as one batch, packed together and shipped on one date to one address, with each piece labeled by name.
How early should we order for the holidays?
Team orders need more time than single pieces. The calendar on this page shows the team last order date for each occasion, ahead of the standard date.
