How an event order works

Choose the pieces and a colorway
Place cards in packs of 20 to 100, table numbers in sets of 10 to 30, all in one colorway. Rosewater and Pistachio are the wedding favorites. Order three to four weeks before the day.

Paste the guest list
One name per line, or a column from your spreadsheet. Missing a few names? Order now and send the rest when you reply to the proof.

Approve the proof
We email every name and number exactly as it will print. Nothing prints until you approve it, and spelling fixes on the proof cost nothing.

Set the tables
Cards stand on their own cut edge and lean back toward the guest. Table numbers stand in their own slotted feet. Guests take the cards home.

Questions
How early should we order?
Three to four weeks before the day is comfortable: a few days for the proof, then about two weeks to print and ship once you approve it. Large packs and busy months need the longer end.
Can every name have its own line or table number?
Place cards carry one shared second line, such as the date. For a table number under each name, write to [email protected] and we will quote it.
Can we add our initials or two rings?
Yes, on the family name plaque and the desk name plate: the Add a mark row has two rings, a heart and an infinity sign, drawn by us and set beside the names in the same color.
What if a name is spelled wrong?
Every name is on the proof before printing, so the time to fix it is free. If we print something other than the approved proof, we print it again free; that is the Keyed Promise.
Can we reuse the table numbers?
Yes. They wipe clean and stand in separate feet, so they pack flat in a box for the next event.
