What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Who we are
Keyedworks is a brand of Vektrion LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. This policy covers keyedworks.com and the orders and emails that start there. Questions go to [email protected]. Last updated October 11, 2026.
What we collect
What you order. The text, colors, measurements and options you enter for each piece, your email address, your shipping address, and payment status from Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe handles payment on its own pages under its own privacy policy.
What you send us. Emails, photos and messages you send to [email protected] or through the contact form, and the order number you reference.
Site analytics. Our own first party counter runs on our server. It stores no personal information and no IP address. A random identifier in your browser's local storage lets us count returning visits. We record pages viewed, the referring site, device type, products viewed, items added to the cart and whether checkout was started, so we can see which products and pages work. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising pixel.
How we use it
To make, check and ship what you ordered, to answer your questions, to send order emails (confirmation, shipping with tracking, and any note about a delay), to keep normal business and tax records, and to understand how the site is used. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it on the notify form, and then only the one email you asked for. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Services we use
Stripe for payment and the checkout page, including sales tax calculation. Resend to deliver order emails. Zoho Mail for our mailbox. USPS and Pirate Ship for shipping labels, which receive your name and address. Cloudflare in front of the site for security and speed, which sees the traffic to the site in the ordinary way. None of these providers may use your information for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records, including the personalization inputs, are kept as long as needed for tax and business records, generally seven years. Contact emails are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable time afterwards. Analytics events are deleted after about 13 months.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within a reasonable time. We honor the same kinds of requests from anyone regardless of where they live. To stop analytics counting on your device, add ?kwtrack=off to any page address once.
Security and changes
We use encrypted connections, access limited to the people doing the work, and no stored card data. No method of sending or storing data online is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If we change this policy we post the new version here with a new date.
