- Last team order for Christmas: Fri, Nov 20. Orders after that ship in January.

Questions from offices
Do we see each name before it prints?
Yes. For a team order we email a proof list with every name exactly as it will print. Nothing goes to the printer until you approve it, and spelling fixes on the proof cost nothing.
Can people choose different colors?
Yes. Add a color column to the list, or tell us one colorway for everyone. Mixed colors ship together on the same date.
Can everything ship to one address?
Yes, that is the default: one box to the office, each piece wrapped with its card. We can also ship to separate addresses at the standard rate for each parcel.
Can you invoice the company?
Yes. We send a payment link your accounts team can pay by card, with an itemized receipt. Ask in the notes if you need a specific invoice line or reference.
What if a plate is wrong?
If we got it wrong or it arrived damaged, we print that one again free. That is the Keyed Promise, and it covers every piece in a team order.
