Desk Name Plaque
A freestanding desk plaque with your name raised in a second color, sized to the text.
About this piece
Type the name and the plaque is sized to it. The body prints in your plaque color and the letters print raised in your letter color in the same pass, so the two colors are one solid piece with nothing to peel, chip or touch up. The wedge base leans the face back twelve degrees, which is the angle that reads from standing height when the plaque sits on a desk.
Three sizes set the maximum characters and the plate width. The letter height is the same across all three, so a short name on the small plaque and a long name on the large one look like they came from the same hand.

Questions about the desk name plaque
How do I know which size I need?
Count the characters including spaces. Small takes up to 10, medium up to 14, large up to 18. The configurator switches the limit when you change size and shows the count as you type.
Can I use a title, like Dr. or Jr.?
Yes. Letters, numbers, spaces, periods, commas, apostrophes, ampersands, hyphens and exclamation marks all print. Other symbols and accented characters are not available in this font.
Is the text really raised, not printed on?
Raised 1.6 mm and printed as part of the body in the second color. Run a finger across it and you feel every letter. There is no ink and no sticker.
Can I have two lines?
The desk plaque is one line. The office door sign has two lines and a desk stand option if you want a name and a title on a desk.
Will it fade?
Indoors, no. The color is in the material, not on it. Keep it out of direct summer sun and off radiators, since PLA softens above about 55 degrees Celsius.
