About Christmas
Christmas is the occasion where a name matters most: a stocking for each person, an ornament for each year, a card at each seat. That is the work we are built for. Every piece is generated from the names you type and printed for your order, so a household of six gets six different ornaments rather than six of the same.
What we make for it
Today the personalized ornament, the family name plaque, the name keychain, the place contour tile of a hometown and the family four pack of luggage tags are the pieces people order most for Christmas. In the workshop now, each opening when its test print passes: family ornament sets with each name, stocking name tags that clip to any stocking loop, an advent countdown board with a star that moves each day, a village house with the family name over the door and windows that glow around an LED tealight, a stained glass ornament with one translucent pane color, and a tree topper star.
Dates, honestly
The dates above are real. Standard pieces need about five business days to print and check, then USPS Ground Advantage takes 2 to 5 days. Long prints and team orders have earlier dates. Ready to ship stock pieces ship in 1 to 2 business days, which buys a few more days. Lit pieces are decorative and for LED candles or LED tealights only, never open flame, and lights are never included.

Order by Tue, Dec 8 for standard shipping and by Fri, Dec 11 where Priority is offered. Long prints such as headphone stands, valet trays and pen cups need ordering by Thu, Dec 3, and team packs of 10 or more by Fri, Nov 20.
Is there anything I can order later?
Ready to ship pieces, the stock designs with no name, ship in 1 to 2 business days, so their last order dates are Mon, Dec 14 for Ground and Thu, Dec 17 with Priority where offered.
Why are long prints earlier?
Some pieces take most of a day on the printer. They need three more business days, so they have their own earlier date.
Can every family member have their own ornament?
Yes. The personalized ornament carries one name and a year, and you can add one for each person in the household. Every name is typed by you and printed for your order.
Are LED lights included with lit pieces?
No. Lit pieces are decorative and made for LED candles, LED tealights or a battery LED string, which are never included. Never use them with open flame.
What if a spelling is wrong when it arrives?
If it is not what you typed, the Keyed Promise reprints it free. You also have 12 hours after ordering to change a spelling yourself.
What if I miss the last order date?
You can still order. The product page and the cart always show the real arrival window, so you will see before you pay that it lands after Christmas. Nothing is promised for the 25th that the dates cannot keep.
