Keyed to the card, not the game
Most inserts are designed for one title. Ours start from the card. Standard poker, Euro, mini US, mini Euro and tarot sizes are built in, with a sleeved option that adds the right clearance for the common sleeve thicknesses. That means one card tray design fits a thousand games, and the one you buy fits yours.
The custom insert
Measure the inside of the box, decide how many compartments across and down, and the insert is generated to drop in with one and a half millimeters of total clearance. Finger cuts on every compartment, walls thick enough to survive a shelf drop. Boxes bigger than our build area ship as sections that key together.
Table friendly
Scooped floors so pieces slide to your fingers. Thumb cuts on the card trays. Offset tabs on the dividers so every label shows. Everything stacks back into the box square.
What we leave out
No game artwork, no publisher names on the parts, no licensed anything. The pieces are plain and matte in the color you choose, and they let the game be the star.
Questions
Which card size do I have?
Measure one unsleeved card. Standard poker is 63.5 by 88 mm, Euro is 59 by 92, mini US is 41 by 63, mini Euro is 44 by 68, tarot is 70 by 120. Most sleeve packs print the card size on the box too.
Do I pick sleeved or unsleeved?
Pick sleeved if your cards are in sleeves now or will be. It adds two millimeters each way, which covers standard and premium sleeves. Unsleeved is a snug fit that keeps bare cards from sliding.
Will the custom insert fit with the board and rulebook on top?
That is what the height field is for. Measure the box depth, subtract the thickness of what sits on top, and enter that as the insert height. Most boards and rulebooks take 10 to 15 mm.
Can you make an insert for a specific game by name?
We make the insert from your measurements rather than from a title, which means it fits your copy and your sleeves. Enter the inside measurements of the box and the compartment layout that suits the components.
