Card Tray
A card tray keyed to your card size and sleeve choice, with a thumb cut for easy pickup.
About this piece
Pick the card size and whether you sleeve, and the tray is generated to fit with one millimeter of play, three when sleeved. The walls are 1.6 mm, the floor is 1.6 mm, and a thumb cut on one long side lets you lift the deck without tipping the tray. Capacity is measured with real decks, not estimated from card thickness, so 100 means about 100.
Five card sizes are built in. Sleeved adds two millimeters each way, which covers standard and premium sleeves. Four capacities step up in 50 card bands.
What it fits
- Standard poker size, 63.5 by 88 mm, the most common size for card games and deck builders.
- Euro size, 59 by 92 mm, common in European strategy games.
- Mini US, 41 by 63 mm, and mini Euro, 44 by 68 mm, for the small cards found in many board games.
- Tarot, 70 by 120 mm, for oversized cards.
If your cards are between sizes, choose the next size up and unsleeved; the extra play is a few millimeters and the thumb cut still works.

Questions about the card tray
How do I know my card size?
Measure one unsleeved card with a ruler. Width first, then height. The sizes above are the standard ones; most sleeve packs print the size on the box.
Will sleeved cards fit if I choose unsleeved?
Usually not, and they would be a tight squeeze if they did. Choose sleeved whenever the cards are in sleeves now or will be.
Can two trays sit side by side in a standard game box?
Two standard trays at 100 capacity are about 150 mm across together, which fits across a typical 290 mm square game box with room for a token tray beside them.
Is there a divider inside?
Not in this tray. Add the card divider set in the same card size for tabs between card types.
What happens if it does not fit my cards?
If you chose the right size and sleeve setting and it does not fit, we remake it free under the fit guarantee. If the size was wrong, the remake is half price.
