About this piece
Put the sleeve of what is on the turntable where the room can see it. The jacket drops into a slot that leans it back twelve degrees, single or gatefold, and the low fluted base carries NOW PLAYING, set small and spaced out, and your name or a line of your own inlaid flush 1.2 mm in a second color.
The slot stops short of each end so the base is one solid piece, and cells under the base are filled with dry sand and sealed by a felt pad, so a heavy gatefold does not tip it. A square keyway notch is cut into the back edge.
