A fluted luggage tag in PETG with the name inlaid flush on the front and your contact details recessed on the back.
About this piece
A tag you can pick out on the carousel. The name is inlaid flush 1.2 mm in a second color on a smooth panel, four fine flutes sit between it and the strap eye, and the strap eye is the Keyedworks keyway notch, square cornered, sized for the steel cable loop that comes with it.
Up to two contact lines, a phone number or an email, are recessed into the back where a stranger at the gate will not read them. It is printed in PETG rather than PLA, because PETG keeps its shape in a hot car or on a sunny tarmac where PLA can soften.

Questions about the luggage tag
Why PETG and not PLA?
PLA starts to soften at about 55 to 60 C, which a closed car or a hold can reach in summer. PETG holds to about 70 C, so the tag stays flat.
Do I have to put my phone number on it?
No. The back lines are optional. If you add them they are recessed into the back face, not printed on the front.
How long can the name be?
Up to 12 characters. The tag is 100 mm long and grows to 136 mm for a long name rather than shrinking the letters.
